Order processing
It usually takes 1-3 business days to process an order. Order processing excludes weekends and public holidays. We will process according to the order of the order.
About delivery time
Delivery usually takes 1-5 business days. This depends on the weight of the package, the delivery address, and the presence or absence of holidays. At our shop, we are working to deliver products safely and quickly to our customers.
If you order more than 7,000 yen (tax included), we will deliver the item free of charge. If it is less than 7,000 yen (tax included), the shipping fee will be 600 yen.
Delivery tracking
We will send you a notification email when the product has been shipped. We usually ship the item within 1-3 business days of ordering. You can track the delivery status from the inquiry slip number included in the notification email.
